Sometimes all a home needs are a few minor changes to make a dramatic difference in it's appearance. Installing a new front door, adding stone veneer, or replacing windows can dramatically change a homes curb appeal. Of course we can also build a new master suite or other addition to increase valuable living area or outdoor entertainment space.

DESIGN / BUILD

Many projects require some sort of design work; whether in the form or architectural drawings, spacial planning, design consulting or material selections. Our team can take your sketchy ideas and turn them into a reality.

Kitchen and bath remodeling, hardwood flooring, tile flooring and recessed lighting are among the most popular and frequently asked about home improvement projects today.

WHOLE HOUSE RENOVATIONS

Whole house renovations are a big undertaking that involve many moving parts. That is why it is important to work with an experienced professional that can manage the project from start to finish to insure a smooth process to finish as quickly as possible with minimal interruption to your home life.

It All Begins With a Handshake

We will schedule a no obligation visit to the house or job site to discuss the goals, plans and vision for your project. During this meeting our goal is to understand what your wants and needs are. We'll discuss any issues that may be involved, approximate time frame for the project and ballpark budget. If the project is small and does not require a design drawing we will prepare a written estimate for the work.

Build Agreement

Once the design and materials have been selected we will provide you a written proposal for the completion of your project along with a time frame for completion.

Design Agreement

If the project requires a design or architectural drawing we will prepare a Design Agreement and set up a follow up appointment to take pictures and measurements to begin work on the drawing. Depending on the scope of work we can usually have a preliminary drawing ready for review in about 2 weeks. Once the design has been completed we will provide a written estimate for the construction of the project. If you choose to let us do the build, 100% of the design fee will be credited to you.

Our Story

We started out as a small company with a handful of workers renovating residential investment properties in 1985. Since then, we’ve grown into a team of highly skilled building professionals. We’ve remodeled thousands of homes of all different sizes throughout southeast Texas.

While remodeling houses is what we do, serving is who we are.

Our satisfaction comes from helping our clients create new living spaces to meet their changing needs and do so with a level of service that exceeds their expectations. Whether that involves making a home more accessible for a wheelchair or simply creating additional living spaces, we’re here to serve our customers. Our professionals can help design, build and manage renovations of any type. Living and working on the Texas gulf coast has had its share of challenges with natural disasters over the years, but none more devastating than hurricane Harvey. Many on our team were personally affected by the flood but worked tirelessly to help restore our clients’ homes, while at the same time rebuilding their own.

We believe that our experience, attention to detail and integrity sets us apart from other remodeling companies.
